JESSE SPINKS
Jesse Spinks is a qualified personal trainer based in Melbourne Australia, specialising in sustainable health and fitness programs and complete body transformations.
Her career began back in 2014, where she focused on weight loss in a boutique studio setting and she was awarded Personal Trainer of the year twice within her company.
Jesse's ethos centres around three key principals: Mindset, Education and Consistency.
Jesse prides herself on giving her clients the tools they need to maintain a healthy mind and body for the rest of their lives.
The ability to balance your health, fitness and mental wellbeing is the ultimate goal for Jesse. With education surrounding nutrition and training, she believes that anyone can transform their life.
